What they have to say about their adventure
We cannot express how grateful we are to have had Amber plan our 7-day elopement adventure in Switzerland. From the moment we reached out, feeling utterly lost on how to begin our journey, Amber made everything seamless and exciting. Her guidance over three days was invaluable—she made us feel completely safe and cared for in a foreign land. The itinerary she crafted was beyond perfect, blending adventure with discovery in ways we never could have imagined. And the photos! We are absolutely in awe of the stunning images that capture our love and the breathtaking Swiss landscapes. Thank you, Amber, for making our elopement more magical than we ever dreamed possible!

Reflections on the day
The crisp air stung my cheeks as I stood amidst the breathtaking beauty of the snowy landscape in the Grindelwald region in Switzerland. The mountains towered above me, their peaks dusted with a fresh layer of snow, while the glacier glistened in the sunlight, a sparkling masterpiece of nature. It was here, in this winter wonderland, that I had the privilege of capturing a truly magical elopement ceremony.
As I watched the couple exchange vows against the backdrop of the snow-covered mountains, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of awe and wonder. The love that they shared seemed to radiate outwards, filling the surrounding landscape with warmth and light. It was a reminder of the power and beauty of love, and the importance of cherishing those special moments in life.
Over the course of the next three days, I accompanied the couple on their mountain adventure, capturing moments of pure joy and excitement as they explored the rugged terrain. We hiked through snowy forests, ventured out onto icy glaciers, and even braved a thrilling snowboarding session down a steep slope. Each moment was a new adventure, a new opportunity to connect with nature and with each other. As I reflected on my own personal journey as a photographer, I couldn’t help but be grateful for the experiences that I have had and the people that I have met along the way.
Photography has been more than just a job for me – it has been a way to connect with the world around me, to explore new landscapes and cultures, and to capture the beauty and magic of life in all its forms. I am grateful for the adventurous spirit that has led me down this path, for the relaxed and friendly approach that has allowed me to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and for the opportunity to share in their special moments and memories. Each new experience is a chance for growth and learning, a chance to see the world through a different lens and to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us.
As I pack up my gear and prepare to leave the snowy mountains behind, I am filled with a sense of gratitude and contentment. The memories of the winter elopement in the Grindelwald region will always hold a special place in my heart, a reminder of the magic and beauty that can be found in the most unexpected places. And I look forward to the next adventure, the next opportunity to capture a moment of pure joy and love in the world around me.
