What they have to say about their adventure

We just celebrated our four-month anniversary, and it brought back a wave of delightful memories from the elopement you so masterfully orchestrated for us. With each passing day, we find ourselves reflecting on the incredible journey we experienced under your guidance – truly, a time we will forever hold close to our hearts ♥️

We felt compelled to reach out and express our immense gratitude for the magic you wove into our special days. The way everything unfolded was nothing short of a fairytale, one that we’ve been reliving through our stories and your photos.

We also wanted to address that we have not yet left a review on Google; please understand that it’s only because we have not made our official announcement🤭 (although we plan on doing this very very soon we hope!!). We at least (finally!!) had a chance to celebrate with our closest friends via a wonderful celebration as a joint bachelor and bachelorette party in Aruba and could not stop talking about you. Our friends are utterly captivated by the stories of our time with you, to the point where you’re considered an honorary family friend in their eyes! They even express a playful envy, wishing they had an ‘Amber’ to make their weddings just as adventurous and unforgettable (hehe).

Please accept our deepest thanks once again, Amber. Your passion and dedication to crafting such a personalized and dream-like elopement did not go unnoticed. We are endlessly appreciative of all you’ve done and look forward to the day we can share our 5-star praises with the world!!!

Reflections on the day

In the realm where dreams weave into the fabric of reality, I found a story—a tale of love, adventure, and serenity—nestled in the heart of French Polynesia with Sasha and Nick. It’s a narrative spun with the threads of spontaneity and stitched with the delicate touch of destiny, set against a backdrop where the sky kisses the sea, and mountains whisper secrets to the stars.

A Connection Forged in Digital Realms
Our journey began with an unexpected connection—a simple click that transformed into an instant friendship during a videocall. Sasha’s presence, vibrant even through the screen, echoed like a long-lost friend’s laugh. We delved into discussions of spirituality, a first for me, sharing whispers of the soul’s desires. They sought an elopement in November, defined by warmth, mountains, and solitude. The list of potential paradises was vast—from the volcanic grandeur of Bali to the mystical shores of Costa Rica, but their hearts settled on French Polynesia, drawn irresistibly to its emerald waters and empyrean skies.

Scouting Paradise
Tasked with scouting their perfect spot, I presented five breathtaking locations. Their choice? A rugged mountaintop on Tahiti, a challenge to the weary but a trophy for the bold, accessible only by a jeep clawing through the wild for two adventurous hours. Oh, how fitting for a love so fierce!

Moorea—The Prelude
Anticipation thickened the tropical air as we began our adventure in Moorea. Meeting a day earlier than planned, we absorbed the island’s jungle mysteries and ocean songs, where sunburns painted our smiles brighter under the Polynesian sun. The night pulsated with the rhythms of Tahitian dances under a tapestry of stars, sealing our newfound bonds. The following day, a symphony of experiences awaited—from a boat cradled by cerulean waters, where we dined amidst manta rays and sharks, to ancient ruins bathed in a light so surreal it seemed conjured by the divine. Each step, each discovery, was a verse in their unfolding poetic journey.

Tahiti—Manifesting Magic
Our return to Tahiti carried whispers of the upcoming ceremony. As the island embraced us with its moody fog and lush vistas, I found myself conversing silently with the universe, wishing for clouds to grace their mountaintop ceremony with a gentle shade. We indulged in Polynesian flavors and explored waterfalls that sang of ancient rains, fields that dreamt in vibrant colors of blooms, and hidden nooks that promised secrets of the isle.

The Elopement—A Celestial Ballet
The dawn of the elopement painted the sky in hues of anticipation. Sasha radiated a calm, her elegance echoed by the serene waters of the lagoon. Together, they shared tender moments by the water, their emotions as palpable as the gentle waves lapping at their feet. The morning unfolded with intimate preparations; details meticulously chosen—signs, rings, delicate shoes—each a silent testament to their journey. They penned their vows in solitude, their words fluttering like the wings of the birds sharing their breakfast.
The ascent to their celestial altar was an odyssey through nature’s rugged heart. The path challenged us with its raw beauty—rocks displaced, puddles navigated, each obstacle a mirror to the trials love must endure. Yet, atop the world, amidst fog and fading light, their vows soared, their promises etching into the fabric of the universe.

A Dance of Light and Clouds
As their first dance commenced under an opening sky, the heavens staged their own spectacle. Clouds, like curtains drawn back by unseen hands, revealed a sea of clouds bathed in twilight. The sky erupted in colors—reds, oranges, blues, purples—a celestial palette. This moment, transcendent and surreal, belonged only to them, a cosmic affirmation of their union.

Reflections on the Descent
Our descent was wrapped in the profound silence that follows witnessing a miracle. Words felt like mere shadows to the feelings shared, to the spectacle witnessed. Sasha and Nick, bound by their vows and the blessings of nature, carried the essence of the universe’s benediction—a panorama of love’s infinite possibilities.
In the embrace of French Polynesia, Sasha and Nick found more than an idyllic backdrop for their vows; they discovered a resonance with the earth and sky, a harmony echoed in their hearts. Each moment of their journey—a stanza, each experience—a verse, and I, privileged to etch this memory, am reminded: true love commands the universe to pause, reflect, and revel in its own creation.
Such is the power of love; such was the elopement of Sasha and Nick. Amidst clouds and light, mountains and seas, they danced to the rhythm of their souls, forever woven into the poetry of the universe, a dance of love that will echo through the ages.

Behind the scenes of their Tahiti elopement

A short anecdote: This couple chose a breathtaking yet challenging elopement location atop a mountain in Tahiti, accessible only by 4×4. Leveraging my skills in navigating rough terrain, honed from growing up as a forest ranger’s daughter, we managed to ascend the mountain despite the muddy and perilous conditions. The journey up featured rocks, mud, craters, and steep climbs, but reaching the summit provided a stunning, secluded setting for their intimate ceremony, making every effort utterly worthwhile.
