Zephyr & Luna Canada
Elopement packages in Canada
Your elopement, planned, guided, and photographed with intention. Vast landscapes, quiet logistics, award-winning photography, and everything held before you arrive.
The old way feels heavy
Your Canada elopement should feel held, not heavy.
Planning an elopement on your own quickly becomes overwhelming.
Endless research. Scouting locations. Finding the right vendors. Managing timelines. Watching the weather. Creating backup plans. It all stacks up, faster than expected.
This was supposed to feel effortless. Not like something you have to figure out as you go. And at some point, a quiet thought starts to surface:
“what if it all goes wrong?”A fully held experience
What is included in my elopement packages in Canada?
The only elopement experience where multi award winning photography meets fully guided travel planning.
Now picture something else entirely. A clear plan already laid out for you. Each piece thoughtfully arranged in advance. Every step flowing naturally into the next. Someone by your side who understands the place, the timing, the nuances.
All that’s left for you is to be there, fully in it.

What you won’t have to do

- Chase vendors who don’t reply
- Coordinate logistics across time zones
All of this is already carried for you.
Your person on the ground
Meet Amber, your Canada elopement planner
I’m Amber, your travel curator, photographer, guide, timeline-builder, location-scout, calm problem-solver, and the person holding the vision from start to finish.
For your Canada elopement, I’m the one shaping the experience from the inside out: finding the right places, building a route that actually makes sense, protecting the rhythm of your days, adapting the plan when the weather moves, and photographing everything as it unfolds.
You are not passed from one person to another. You know who is holding the experience, who is making decisions, and who will be beside you when the plan needs to stay calm, beautiful, and flexible.

1 day · Best for keeping it simple
Stillwater: 1-day Canada elopement package
A fully planned Canada elopement, anchored in one carefully chosen area. We don’t try to cover distance. We stay within one region that makes sense, where the landscapes flow naturally and the light works in our favor. I design the day so it feels simple and effortless. We move through 2 to 3 locations max, taking our time, stopping when something feels right, adjusting as we go. Your ceremony happens at sunset, when everything softens and the day comes together without forcing it. This is for couples who want something intentional, grounded, and fully present, without rushing or overcomplicating it.
What I handle
- I find and scout your ceremony locations based on what you’re looking for.
- I send you a custom selection so you’re not digging through Google for hours.
- I build your timeline based on light, weather, and how the day will actually flow.
- I plan a route that makes sense so you’re not driving back and forth for no reason.
- On the day, I drive, guide, and adjust things as we go so you don’t have to think about logistics.
- If the weather changes, I adapt the plan.
How it actually feels
- Waking up slowly, no pressure, no timeline chasing you
- Drinking coffee while looking outside and realizing this is actually your wedding day
- Getting ready without noise, without people watching, just the two of you
- Driving through quiet roads, music playing, conversations flowing naturally
- Stopping somewhere unexpected because it just feels right
- Taking in a place without needing to move on immediately
- That moment before the ceremony where everything goes quiet
- Saying your vows at sunset, in a place that feels unreal
- Ending the day tired in the best way, like you actually lived it
What you get
- Up to 10 hours of photography coverage + guiding
- All my travel costs included
- A private online gallery with your edited photos
- A slideshow to relive your day
- An accordion album sent to your home
- Full support from the moment you book until your gallery is delivered

2 days · Best for a bit more space
Emberwood: 2-day Canada elopement package
A multi-day Canada elopement that gives you space to settle into the experience. Day one is about arriving and easing in. No expectations, no pressure. We explore, shoot, and let you get comfortable in front of the camera without it feeling like a “session.” Day two is your elopement day. Still slow, still flexible, but with a natural rhythm that builds toward your sunset ceremony. We can move through different types of landscapes, mountains one day, forest or coastline the next, without ever rushing between them. This is where your elopement starts to feel like a real experience, not just a day.
What I handle
- I find and scout your ceremony locations based on what you’re looking for.
- I send you a custom selection so you’re not digging through Google for hours.
- I build a two-day timeline that actually works, based on light, weather, and real travel times.
- I plan a route that flows so you’re not wasting time driving back and forth.
- I design the experience across both days so it feels balanced, not rushed.
- On the days, I drive, guide, and adjust things as we go.
- If the weather changes, I adapt the plan so you still get something great out of it.
How it actually feels
- Arriving and not feeling like everything starts immediately
- Taking time to settle in, unpack, breathe
- Wandering without a strict plan, just seeing where the day takes you
- Laughing at how natural it feels to be in front of the camera
- Stopping for something simple, coffee, snacks, a random roadside spot
- Long drives with music, conversations, and comfortable silence
- Letting the weather guide the day instead of fighting it
- A ceremony that feels like a continuation, not a performance
- Watching the light shift and realizing you don’t need to rush anything
- Ending the experience feeling full, not exhausted

3 days · Best for the full experience
Evergreen: signature 3-day Canada elopement package
A full Canada elopement experience, where everything has space to unfold. Day one is about arriving, exploring, and easing into it. Day two is your elopement day, built slowly, leading into your sunset ceremony. Day three gives you something most people don’t think about: time after. Time to explore more, revisit a place you loved, or add something fun and meaningful, a boat ride, a hike, a quiet morning somewhere beautiful. We can move through multiple landscapes without ever rushing, and build something that feels complete, not compressed. This is where it stops feeling like an event and becomes something you actually lived through.
What I handle
- I find and scout your ceremony locations based on what you’re looking for.
- I send you a custom selection so you’re not digging through Google for hours.
- I build a three-day plan designed around light, weather, and how the experience will actually flow.
- I map out a route that lets us go further and access places most people don’t reach.
- I design each day differently so it doesn’t feel repetitive or exhausting.
- On the days, I drive, guide, and adjust everything in real time.
- If the weather shifts, we have the flexibility to move things around and make the most of it.
How it actually feels
- Letting the experience unfold instead of trying to control it
- Settling into the place like you belong there
- Exploring different landscapes without watching the clock
- Slow mornings, coffee, good food, no urgency
- Taking detours just because something looks interesting
- Sharing quiet moments that don’t need to be filled
- Having time to do something fun and completely “you”
- A ceremony that feels natural, not like the peak of a schedule
- Waking up the next day and realizing it’s not over yet
- Leaving with the feeling that this was more than a wedding

- 3 days of photography coverage + guiding
- All my travel costs included
- A custom itinerary with clickable planning links so you can book what you need in one click

“Although I cannot get married twice it’s almost tempting just to have the chance to work with Amber again.”
Amber created once in a lifetime photos of our wedding we will remember forever, worked with us and answered as many questions as we had, helped us research to find the perfect location and vendors. She was very kind and gave us an experience me and my wife will never forget.

Questions couples ask before booking
Canada elopement packages FAQ
How do I start planning a custom elopement with Zephyr & Luna?
Simply contact me and we’ll jump on a short videocall to see if we’re a good match.
Can you provide sample itineraries for inspiration?
Definitely. Simply ask me in your email and I’ll send you examples.
When at the latest can we contact you to plan our elopement?
I’ve planned elopements up to 7 days before the actual date, so I’m seasoned with last minute inquiries.
We are not photogenic, what can we do?
I completely understand your concerns, but rest assured, I specialize in capturing authentic moments, not just posed photos. Your genuine love and connection will shine through, making your photos beautiful and meaningful.
Are there any hidden fees or surcharges in your pricing?
Absolutely not. My travel fees are included anywhere you want to go in Canada. You’ll never be surprised by additional photographer travel fees, no matter which part of Canada you choose.
How do you customize travel experiences to match individual preferences?
Magic. Kidding. We have a little chat first, and then when we start your adventure, I send you a questionnaire to help me truly understand your vision.
How many photos can we typically expect?
The number of photos you receive depends on the duration and type of your session. Longer elopements usually result in 400 to 800 photos, while shorter ones typically range from 200 to 400 photos. My focus is always on delivering high-quality images that truly capture the essence of your special day.
Do you offer albums and prints?
Your photos will be accessible through an online gallery, where you can conveniently order professional-quality prints, frames, and announcements from my trusted partner labs. Every one of my packages includes heirloom albums. Just select your favorite images, and I’ll handle the album creation process.
